Senior Payroll Associate | Boston, MA | HybridI’m partnering with a globally recognized private investment firm who is looking to add a Senior Payroll Associate to join their established Payroll team in Boston.About the Role:The Senior Payroll Associate will play a key role in processing payroll, supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations. This position will work closely with Payroll, Finance, and Human Resources teams and will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of payroll-related projects.Responsibilities:Process multi-state bi-weekly payrolls using ADPPartner with ADP to resolve payroll issues and discrepanciesPrepare manual and off-cycle paymentsEnter and reconcile payroll journal entries in WorkdayManage payroll-related items including fringe benefits and deductionsMaintain employee 401(k) electionsReconcile monthly bank statementsRespond to employee payroll questions and resolve issuesAssist with payroll and corporate annual auditsSupport payroll-related projects across HR and FinanceHandle additional projects and responsibilities as neededQualifications:5–8 years of payroll experienceExperience with ADP, preferably ADP Workforce NowExperience with WorkdayStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or FinanceStrong verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-business-unit environmentStrong ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented approachAbility to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion$80K - $100K base salary dependent on experience If you are interested, please apply directly and email your resume to Cassidy Sullivan at csullivan@daleyaa.com!
