Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Pathology for the entire organization
- Collaborate with Biopharma partners on biomarker and clinical trial projects
- Lead Pathology efforts on various projects, including training and scoring
- Represent the company in meetings and conferences with Biopharma clients
- Ensure data quality and compliance across all projects
- Guide development of new DP/AI models and assist in their deployment
- Contribute to scientific publications
Qualifications
- US board certification in anatomic pathology required
- Expertise in immunohistochemistry and biomarker assessment
- Experience in digital pathology a must
- Background in translational research and immuno-oncology desired
- Fellowship subspecialty training highly desirable
- Strong curiosity about Biopharma programs and machine learning
- High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills
