Senior Pastor needed in Unionville, MO

About the role

The church is seeking a full-time senior pastor for a small rural community. The position includes regular Sunday morning services which include Sunday school and morning services, as well as a Wednesday night service.

Responsibilities

• Give messages and lead worship services
• Do community outreach
• Help with church administration duties
• Collaborate with the music leader
• Make home visits to church members if necessary
• Organize and lead church activities or outreach groups

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Christian ministry, preferably with experience in pastoral care and community engagement. A bachelor's degree in theology or related field is required, along with relevant certifications or licenses.
