Senior Pastor

A man called of God to be a pastor – A background of documented pastoral experience and meets the new testament biblical qualifications found in God’s Word. The pastor is to be the spiritual leader of the church. The pastor is to live the Christian life as the example for those whom he leads. The pastor is responsible to the Lord and the church to primarily proclaim the gospel and teach Scripture. The pastor is to engage in pastoral care and provide leadership in all areas of the church. The pastor is to plan, prepare and preach sermons to the church on Sundays. The pastor is to lead Bible Studies on Wednesdays. The pastor is to meet the congregants needs to include pastoral pre-marital counseling and the officiating of weddings and funerals.
