About the role

Daybreak Community Church is a gospel‑centered, evangelical congregation located in the Champlain Valley of the Green Mountains in Vermont. With over 200 members and 24 years of ministry in Chittenden County—the most densely populated county in Vermont, which includes one of the least‑churched cities and states in the nation—the church is a vibrant, growing, multi‑generational community seeking a Senior Pastor to lead it into the future.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a pastoral position is required.
• Seminary or Bible college education is preferred.

• Dynamic and visionary leader in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
• Strong equipper and discipler.
• Gifted in practical and relevant preaching and teaching.
• Approachable and relatable disposition.
• Healthy emphasis on evangelism and missions.

Pay

Salary range: $95,000 – $105,000 total compensation package, based on experience level.
