Qualifications
- Embolies the qualities of a Holy-Spirit filled leader
- Fully committed disciple of Christ
- Faithful to God’s Word
- Affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
- Preferrably holds a degree from a Southern Baptist Theological Seminary or a comparable degree from an accredited, conservative, evangelical institution
- We anticipate approximately 5 years of comparable pastoral experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Endeavor to know the hearts of the congregation and minister to them
- Led and wisely delegate responsibilities to team members and ministry leaders for growth, evangelical endeavors, and missions
- Prepare and deliver God inspired, Biblically based, sermons for worship services
- Provide supervision for church staff and technical resources being utilized
- Be a transparent and an active member of the congregation and receptive to sound wisdom
Pay
Salary Dependent upon qualifications and is negotiable
