Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator - University of Oregon
About the role
Learfield is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of multi-channel corporate sponsorships on campus. - Track and manage partner inventory; ensure deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
- Support and mentor game day assistants, providing guidance on execution and proof of performance collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams on planning, vendor coordination, and special events that support partner objectives.
- Create and maintain documentation for activations, recaps, and proof of performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve partner experiences, and support broader team efficiency.
- Work directly with the General Manager and property leadership to ensure alignment on activation strategies and account performance.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and internal reporting tied to assigned partner activations.
