Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Partner Success Implementation Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. In this remote role, you will serve as a senior technical partner for implementation efforts, escalated support, and post-sale success across a portfolio of partner accounts. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex integration challenges, improve deployment outcomes, and drive broader adoption of the company’s platform. This position is well suited for someone who combines technical depth with strong stakeholder influence and a consultative approach to partner enablement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level technical guidance and troubleshooting for partners
- Champion product enhancements based on complex partner needs
- Lead escalated support engagements for optimal performance
- Oversee complex technical implementation projects, including advanced configuration
- Ensure partners understand scalable deployment models and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess partner maturity and drive adoption strategies
- Create and share best practices and technical documentation across partner accounts
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, or technical support
- Expertise in diagnosing complex technical issues related to integrations and APIs
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and influence stakeholders
- Willingness to travel up to 20% regionally, with possible international travel

Pay
$120,000 – $145,000 annually
