About the role
This role falls under the Revenue Operations Team. The Senior Partner Operations Analyst at SailPoint is a critical, highly collaborative position dedicated to optimizing and scaling SailPoint's global partner ecosystem and program compliance. Serving as the central operational bridge between partners, regional partner managers, and internal sales teams, this senior analyst ensures data hygiene across Salesforce opportunity tracking, oversees deal registration and partner-sourced discounts, and coordinates enablement resources. The ideal candidate possesses deep analytical expertise to track partner program metrics, manage complex partner operations, and streamline administrative workflows. By proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and validating partner-led opportunities, the Senior Partner Operations Analyst directly drives partner success, protects deal registrations, and accelerates joint revenue growth.
