About the role
The Partner Ecosystem team collaborates with customers and partners to leverage Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Platform. This role involves managing a portfolio of ISV Technology Partners, driving sales leads, and supporting partner growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure partners align and engage with the annual sales target for Managed ISV Industry Partnership.
- Develop and implement GTM plans to address specific needs in the product and marketing roadmap.
- Create detailed action plans based on strategic and financial benefits, feasibility constraints, and optimize partner engagement.
- Plan and execute strategic rollouts from signed contracts through integration and ongoing education, involving all stakeholders and resolving issues as necessary.
- Enhance partner assets to support marketing and sales engagements, including business cases, case studies, and presentations.
- Build relationships with key executives within partner headquarters and field organizations.
- Lead regular operating rhythms such as pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews to manage day-to-day execution and long-term strategic planning.
- Manage deal desk processes, approvals for special pricing, and ensure compliance with partner policies and guidelines.
- Engage internal leaders and support staff to ensure partners understand Docusign’s sales strategy, priorities, and sales plays.
- Provide regular feedback to management on critical factors affecting the business or relationships.
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and orders in company Salesforce CRM to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align sponsorship opportunities with partner event strategies and goals.
- Travel 20-30% of the time.
Requirements
- Basic 8+ years of experience in channel/partner Business Development, marketing, and/or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively within a partner ecosystem.
- Experience influencing innovation within a partner ecosystem with solutions and programs that have demonstrated successful revenue.
- Self-starter and creative problem solver with operational experience to execute technology deployments and troubleshoot roadblocks.
- Analytical skills to develop business cases, track, and analyze business performance, and make recommendations to improve business results.
- Output-oriented with strong ability to create high-quality, customer-facing content including presentations and datasheets.
- Excellent project management skills to manage multiple ongoing projects to meet deadlines.
- Experience with SaaS product offerings.
- Experience in Financial Services.
