Senior Paralegal (Structured Finance/Transactional)

Who You Are

• At least 7 years of Paralegal experience, including transactional work
• Bachelor’s Degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and complex transactions
• Highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office and document management tools like iManage
• Familiar with LexisNexis, Westlaw, and transactional software such as SimplyAgree and Litera

What You’ll Do

• Manage deal lifecycle tasks: checklists, deadlines, and communications
• Prepare and review transaction documents for structured finance matters
• Organize diligence materials, compile signature pages, and finalize closing binders
• Review and file UCC financing statements and lien searches
• Collaborate with attorneys, internal teams, and external vendors

• Maintain organized documentation throughout transactions
• Build strong collaboration across teams and vendors

Pay

$100,000 – 130,000 annually, based on experience
