Senior Paid Social & Video Marketing Manager

About The Role

We're seeking a Senior Paid Social & Video Marketing Manager to lead our paid social and video acquisition programs while shaping our broader paid acquisition strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Own paid social and YouTube strategy and execution
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with accountability to CAC, payback, and revenue targets
• Manage and allocate significant paid media budgets
• Identify and unlock new opportunities to scale across platforms, audiences, and creative
• Execute structured testing roadmaps to continuously improve performance
• Drive a high-velocity creative testing engine
• Partner with Web Marketing to align on landing page strategy, message match, and post-click conversion optimization
• Work with Data and Marketing Ops to ensure accurate measurement and reporting
• Translate performance data into clear narratives and recommendations

Requirements

Qualifications include:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social at a B2B SaaS, performance marketing agency, or high-growth consumer brand
• Deep, full-funnel experience building and optimizing campaigns across major paid social and video platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit)
• Proven experience scaling creative-driven acquisition programs with a rigorous approach to testing
• AI-fluent in practice, using AI tools consistently in your day-to-day workflow
• Ability to critically analyze performance data and communicate impact confidently
• High agency and autonomy, thriving in fast-moving environments

• Annual base salary range: $134,000 - $175,000 USD (SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, Boston, New York, and Washington, DC Metro) / $136,000 - $160,000 CAD (Canada)
