Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary strategic partner for campaign performance and growth initiatives.
- Lead recurring client meetings to review results, communicate insights, align on priorities, and recommend next steps.
- Prepare and deliver performance reporting, highlighting key metrics, trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment acquisition.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Maintain tracking solutions, pixels, conversion events, integrations, and marketing automation workflows.

- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, content development, and campaign optimization while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate on creative development, including video-focused advertising assets and testing strategies.
- Write persuasive ad copy, scripts, hooks, and messaging variations tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement adjustments to meet cost-per-acquisition and appointment targets.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and develop strategic solutions to improve results.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on Meta advertising.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and delivering measurable performance results.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve campaign goals, optimize acquisition costs, and support client retention.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience creating effective advertising copy, scripts, and marketing messages.
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and basic marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make strategic optimization decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain performance insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing direct client relationships and being accountable for business outcomes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial services, lead generation, appointment-setting campaigns, or high-value customer acquisition funnels is preferred.
- Familiarity with video sales letter marketing strategies and AI tools for marketing workflows is a plus.
