Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Sponsorships

Responsibilities
- Manage demand generation and publisher sponsorship efforts outside of Paid Social and Paid Search channels, including sponsored newsletters, advertorials, podcasts, OOH, CTV, and more.
- Research new buys, publishers, and categories to introduce Deel on, test, and iterate.
- Manage campaign budgeting, analyze past programs, and report on performance KPIs.
- Oversee reporting across buys and proactively communicate with regional teams and cross-functional leaders to ensure visibility on all programs.
- Establish repeatable processes, templates, and best practices for campaign management, growth, and reporting.
- Serve as an expert on sponsorship operational excellence and opportunities at Deel.
- Collaborate with local marketing and communications managers to identify key trends and local websites for potential partnerships, in addition to global partners.
- Educate the paid ads team, Growth team, and regional managers on the latest trends, performance insights, and new focus areas to facilitate growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar publisher sponsorship ownership role (B2B/SaaaS experience preferred).
- Highly knowledgeable in different buys (Reach, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.) with performance-based goals (CPSQO, ROAS, etc.).
- Proven agility, flexibility, and autonomy in working on projects from conception to completion with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative and analytical, with a track record of testing, implementing, and measuring initiatives while generating new ideas.
- Data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools and AI (e.g., Claude, Lovable, Gemini) to automate tasks and fast-track analysis.
- Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external teams and improve processes and workflows.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and comfortable with changing organizational structures.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Qualifications
- Cross-functional marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with bonus points for hyper-growth startups, HRTech, or FinTech industries.
- Experience working at a fast-growing startup.
- Experience in remote and distributed teams.
- Fluency in languages besides English.

Pay
Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Ranges are quoted in USD as a global reference and localized to your country’s currency. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
