What we look for

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or 10+ years of packaging/project experience
• 5+ years of engineering experience, including capital project execution in manufacturing environments
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to drive results and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Background in Operations and/or maintenance/reliability engineering roles
• Experience with 2D and 3D modeling software (ACAD, Solidworks, etc.)
• Knowledge of CI / Lean / TPM methodologies
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
