Senior Owner's Representative - Data Center Programs

About the role

Our client is a nationally recognized engineering and consulting organization supporting some of the largest hyperscale, cloud, and AI infrastructure programs in North America. As demand for digital infrastructure continues to accelerate, they are seeking an experienced project delivery leader to oversee multiple mission‑critical projects while supporting the growth and development of project teams across a rapidly expanding portfolio. This position provides leadership across multiple concurrent data center projects, ensuring successful execution while supporting project teams, financial performance, client relationships, and operational growth. The successful candidate will oversee project managers and help drive consistency, accountability, and performance across a portfolio of mission‑critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution across multiple data center projects simultaneously.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams.
• Monitor project financial performance and profitability.
• Support resource planning and workforce forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate project delivery risks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support operational planning and business growth initiatives.
• Provide leadership across scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic objectives.

• Experience in data center development and delivery.
• Experience in engineering consulting.
• Experience in owner’s representation.
• Experience in commissioning and project delivery.
• Experience in construction management.
• Backgrounds may include: Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, Project Director, Director of Project Management, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, Commissioning Manager, Director of Commissioning, Senior Owner’s Representative.

Preferred Experience

• Leading large‑scale infrastructure or mission‑critical construction projects.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Managing multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Financial acumen including project forecasting, budgeting, and profitability oversight.
• Ability to mentor and develop project professionals.
• Strong understanding of project delivery best practices.
• Experience within data centers, advanced technology, mission‑critical, industrial, or complex construction environments.
