About the role

As a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant, you will help organizations successfully navigate complex technology implementations and business transformation initiatives by focusing on the people side of change. In partnership with OCM leaders, client stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams, you will design and deliver change strategies that build readiness, strengthen engagement, accelerate adoption, and support lasting business outcomes.

This role is ideal for a consultant who brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution—someone who can translate complexity into clear action, influence stakeholders at all levels, and deliver practical solutions that help leaders and employees embrace new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Location: Remote in USA
Duration: Contract (4-6 months)
Base salary range: $140,000–$175,000, plus performance-based incentives

  • Develop and execute communication plans, training strategies, engagement approaches, and adoption activities that support successful transitions.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to identify change risks, resistance points, and user adoption challenges, and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive alignment.
  • Create high-quality, executive-ready presentations, status updates, communications, job aids, and training materials.
  • Help establish and support change champion networks, leadership engagement plans, and reinforcement activities.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, readiness indicators, and user feedback to assess effectiveness and refine interventions.
  • Collaborate across functional teams to promote a consistent, positive, and user-centered transformation experience.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of OCM methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members as needed.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience, ideally supporting technology implementations and digital transformation programs.
  • Experience contributing to OCM initiatives for enterprise technology deployments such as ServiceNow, CRM, ITSM, HRIS, ERP, AI, or digital workplace solutions.
  • Strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness planning, and user adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical and process changes into clear business impacts and user-focused messaging.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in matrixed project environments and collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Prosci or CCMP certification preferred.
  • Project or program management experience and/or certifications such as PMP, Scrum, or Agile are a plus.
