Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This remote role will serve as a functional design leader across core HCM and federal HR policy-related workstreams, guiding requirements from discovery through go-live. The position will partner closely with HR leaders and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configuration and design decisions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on fit-gap analysis, design governance, and resolving complex configuration issues within enterprise HCM implementations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional design authority for HCM domains from requirements gathering through go-live
• Lead workshops with HR leaders to align business requirements with functional design
• Conduct fit-gap analyses and present recommendations to stakeholders
• Interpret federal HR policies and resolve design conflicts
• Establish configuration standards and approve design deliverables

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with multiple end-to-end HCM implementations within federal agencies, including design leadership
• 7+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience; Oracle Fusion HCM experience preferred
• Recognized expertise across multiple HCM domains, including Core HCM and federal HR policies

Pay

$105,100 – $231,100 annually
