Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst (Hybrid)
About the role
The Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst plays a key part in advancing Hunter Industries' digital transformation efforts by partnering closely with business leaders to shape the long-term roadmap for EPM solutions across the organization. They serve as the primary leader for designing, deploying, and sustaining the Oracle Fusion EPM platform, ensuring it effectively supports both individual business unit goals and broader enterprise priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serves as a trusted advisor to business units, aligning EPM capabilities with strategic goals.
- Documents workflows and identifies opportunities for digital transformation and AI-enabled improvement.
- Maintains a multi-year roadmap connecting business strategy with EPM initiatives.
- Owes and administers the full Oracle Cloud EPM platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and compliance.
- Led system architecture, integrations, automation, and platform optimization.
- Implements AI-driven forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliations, and narrative insights.
- Evaluates emerging technologies and proposes enhancements that improve accuracy, speed, and user experience.
- Develops and maintains financial reporting structures.
- Supports audit readiness with clear workflows, documentation, and system controls.
- Maintains strong system security, access controls, and compliance.
- Conducts process and gap analyses to define future-state solutions.
- Translates business needs into technical requirements and data specifications.
- Prioritizes initiatives, manage the technology demand pipeline, and assess ROI.
- Leads or supports cross-functional projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Manages release cycles, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Identifies automation opportunities and continuously refines workflows.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years of finance/accounting/IT experience, including 3 years of EPM experience (Oracle preferred).
Qualifications
- Proficient in use of computers including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of ERP system such as Oracle Fusion.
- Knowledge of enterprise planning software, specifically Oracle Cloud EPM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to interact with members across the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, to self-initiate activities, and to work within timelines.
- Requires ability to set goals and objectives and to set and meet timelines to achieve goals and objectives.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing organizational needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in AI and ML preferred.

Pay
The salary for this opportunity ranges from $118,000 - $140,000
Schedule
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office at our San Marcos, CA headquarters. Mondays are required.
