Senior Oracle Business System Analyst (Finance)

About the role

Support and enhance finance applications that enable core accounting operations, partner with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions, resolve production issues, and support implementation efforts. Provide technical leadership, guide junior team members, and contribute to long-term stability and improvement across finance systems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance finance applications including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and related modules
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance to gather requirements and recommend system solutions
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate testing with development teams
• Investigate complex production issues and implement long-term solutions
• Drive functional discussions and provide technical leadership when necessary
• Mentor junior Business Systems Analysts in best practices and functional knowledge
• Support post-go-live activities and implementation projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst focusing on finance applications in an enterprise ERP environment
• Experience implementing finance solutions in collaboration with Finance organizations
• Strong functional knowledge of finance modules such as AP, AR, and GL
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple competing priorities

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
