Senior Oracle Business Analyst, Finance

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Oracle Business Analyst, Finance to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This remote role will support finance operations by improving ERP processes, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring smooth system enhancements across the organization. The position will partner closely with Finance and IT stakeholders to strengthen user support, configuration accuracy, and quarterly release readiness. This is a hands-on opportunity to help drive data integrity, process efficiency, and reliable system performance in a dynamic media environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize the company's ERP system for Finance operations
• Act as a liaison between Finance and IT, translating user needs into technical solutions
• Resolve user issues and manage help desk tickets as a super user
• Own configuration updates in production environments
• Lead quarterly update testing and regression testing to support smooth releases
• Review and implement quarterly enhancements to the ERP system
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather functional requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, particularly in Financials
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins and query optimization
• Proven ability in requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience with testing processes such as regression and UAT
• Familiarity with data mapping and reconciliation across systems
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Pay

$112,000 – $140,000 annually
