Senior Oracle APEX Developer II

About the role

The Senior Oracle APEX Developer II position at Contact Government Services (CGS) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Oracle APEX applications. This role requires expertise in Oracle APEX development, including form building, customizing, and integrating with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle APEX applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure application functionality
• Document application logic and procedures
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Stay current with Oracle APEX development trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle APEX development
• Experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL programming
• Strong understanding of web technologies and user interface design principles
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

• $149,760 - $216,320 annually

Schedule

• Full-time
