About the role
The Senior or Staff Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies for ERP and reconciliation systems. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this individual will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies for ERP and reconciliation systems
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product managers to ensure alignment on product direction
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand needs and translate them into actionable product features
- Manage product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer feedback
- Lead user research initiatives to inform product decisions and improve user experience
- Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and validation processes
- Communicate product strategy and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in ERP and/or reconciliation systems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and product management best practices
- Knowledge of ERP and reconciliation systems is a plus

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
Schedule
