About the role

The Senior or Staff Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies for ERP and reconciliation systems. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this individual will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy for ERP and reconciliation systems
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product managers to ensure alignment on product direction
  • Lead the product planning process, including prioritizing features, setting timelines, and communicating plans to stakeholders
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Manage product releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in ERP and/or reconciliation systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product initiatives from concept to launch
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and synthesize customer feedback
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful product launches
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of ERP and reconciliation systems
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards
