About the role
The Senior or Staff Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies focused on Business Intelligence and Retail Analytics. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this individual will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies that enhance business intelligence and retail analytics capabilities
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and design teams to define and prioritize product features
- Lead the creation and management of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product decisions and drive innovation
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product launches and post-launch support
- Manage relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology or retail environment
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives from concept to launch
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development processes
- Understanding of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
