Senior or Staff Product Manager (Business Intelligence and Retail Analytics)

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to drive adoption, revenue growth, and product strategy for Loop. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap, work directly with customers, and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver exceptional value.

Responsibilities

• Own product success metrics, including adoption, retention, and revenue growth
• Engage with customers (primarily non-technical users in the US) to identify pain points and opportunities
• Define and execute the product roadmap, balancing innovation with business impact
• Prioritize ruthlessly, focusing on features that drive real customer value and willingness to pay

Requirements

• 4 - 10 years of experience as a Product Manager at a high- growth B2B SaaS company with a strong focus on Customer Data Platforms and analytics dashboards for e-commerce or retail companies
• Experience building Customer Data Platforms and dashboards for e-commerce or retail businesses (e.g., Crunchtime, xtraCHEF, Craftable, Bluecore, Bloom Intelligence)
• Scaled revenue growth and product expansion from initial traction to significant scale at a growth-stage B2B SaaS company with strong evidence of entrepreneurial streak
• Experience building for non-technical or operational users (e.g., brick-and-mortar, retail, restaurants, field ops)
