As a Senior Operator, you’ll help power the world’s most loved brands — delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product we make. You’ll take the lead in more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. Your work will bring our trusted products to life and help grow our culture of respect, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence. This role will support our Kitchen Department.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery
  • Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards
  • Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology
  • Perform in-process checks and quality inspections
  • Accurately scale and measure ingredients
  • Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets
  • Collaborate across departments to meet production goals
  • Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred
  • Able to read, write, and understand English
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet

Skills

  • Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools
  • Basic math skills and mechanical understanding
  • Team-oriented and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Schedule

  • 3rd shift: Sunday Night – Friday Morning, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
  • Structured 4–5-day onboarding program (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) during the first week

Pay

  • Hourly pay range provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting; final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location
  • 3rd shift employees receive an additional $3.00 per hour shift differential
  • Bonus eligibility: Yes
