Senior Operator (Full-time) - Evening Shift
Position Summary
This role supports the Mogul Department and involves leading more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently, and collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities
- Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery
- Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards
- Operate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technology
- Perform in-process checks and quality inspections
- Accurately scale and measure ingredients
- Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets
- Collaborate across departments to meet production goals
- Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
Skills
- Understanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processes
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital tools
- Basic math skills and mechanical understanding
- Team-oriented and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs

Shift/Schedule
This role operates on the 1st shift, with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Onboarding includes a structured 4–5-day program from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
