About the role
You will be responsible for overseeing and driving all warehouse inbound and inventory operations, Prescription dispense and fulfillment, Non-prescription fulfillment, Outbound Processing, and employees across multiple shifts and functions. You will be a part of the management team, and be a key stakeholder in the company, and have a tremendous impact as Hims/Hers grows. This role is based in Gilbert, Arizona and will report to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of managers, leads, and pharmacy techs in a dispense and fulfilling operation of both hazardous and non-hazardous non-sterile and sterile prescriptions.
- Be responsible for monitoring prescription turnaround time so that internal standards and patient needs are met.
- Be responsible for on-site SOX compliance as it relates to inventory control and cyclecount procedures.
- Ensure the team's processes of shipping accurately in order to eliminate all HIPAA violations and accuracy.
- Work with the Pharmacy Leadership team to analyze operations and overall efficiency for best class processing.
- Perform cross-functional team leadership, partnering with Program Managers, Pharmacist in Charge, ICQA, etc.
- Works well with a team and independently.
- Develop and deliver key KPIs to meet capacity and demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Master’s Degree.
- 10+ years of working experience in a Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment.
- 10+ years in a Supervisory/Management role.
- 10+ years of OSHA safety experience.
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Six Sigma/Lean Principle experience, Proven experience leading technically complex projects.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Must have 10+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Must have 10+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Must have 10+ years of OSHA safety experience.
- Preferred qualifications include Six Sigma/Lean Principle experience and proven experience leading technically complex projects.
