Senior Operations Finance Specialist

About the role

Happy hens make happy eggs, and happy numbers keep the whole thing running. We're a family‑farm egg company with pasture‑raised, organic, free‑range, and heritage eggs moving from small farms to shelves every week. This role is for the person who can look at a plant, a pallet, and a purchase order and tell Operations leadership exactly what's going on.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant operations, pallet flows, and purchase orders to provide clear, actionable insights to Operations leadership.
• Own the budgets, forecasts, and inventory numbers that drive Operations performance.
• Translate complex financial and operational data into plain‑spoken answers for plant and leadership teams.
