Key Accountabilities

  • Provide resolution to inquiries by sites, auditors, vendors, customers and finance.
  • Provide technical and process support for required processing applications.
  • Provide training/support for resources.
  • Process invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage account to ensure all invoices are within terms.
  • Oversee matches, approvals, and agings performed by team members.
  • Provide guidance for staff and Operations.
  • Ensure accounting controls and policies are being applied appropriately at all levels.
  • Maintain open communication with the Operations teams as well as customers.
  • Meet published deadlines.

Required Education and Experience

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Basic familiarity with accounting.
  • Settlement Coordinator Lead experience is required.
  • 1-3 years of job related experience, preferred.
