MES Development & Implementation
- Develop and enhance OpCenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, and Mendix applications.
- Translate solution requirements and collaborate with the development team for implementation.
- Provide techno-functional analysis and assess the impact of changes and new requirements.
- Design and implement efficient solutions for complex business problems based on the Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
- Offer product and technical guidance on OpCenter applications to team members.
Incident & Change Management
- Handle incident management, problem management, service requests, and change management effectively.
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance to maintain uptime and application availability.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand and support manufacturing and business processes.
- Cookordinate with manufacturing sites to contextualize shop floor operations.
- Collaborate with MES COE, interfacing application teams, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Work with the product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, and implementations.
- Manage team performance, knowledge sharing, and governance reporting.
