Senior Office Assistant (Full-time, Surgery)

Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts, rotating between 7:30am-3:30 pm or 8 am-4:30pm
Department: Surgery
Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
- Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
- Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
- Cookordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.

What You' Need
- A high school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal a Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
- Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong computer and technology skills, epic experience is a plus!
Pay
$19.05/hour + more for experience!
