Job Summary

JLL is seeking a results-driven Occupancy Planning professional with proven experience delivering strategic space management solutions that optimize real estate utilization, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into data-driven workplace strategies, including occupancy modeling, demand planning, interior design, and scenario development.
  • Expertise in IWMS/CAFM systems, ensuring accurate space data governance and real-time portfolio insights.
  • Support migration planning and coordinate execution of workplace changes across multiple sites.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution to deliver tactical operational support and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Provide responsive support for daily space planning requests and operational needs.
  • Drive portfolio optimization initiatives focused on cost savings, utilization efficiency, and growth enablement.
  • Maintain and manage accurate space data within IWMS/CAFM systems, ensuring real-time updates from churn, MAC activity, and capital projects.
  • Partner with Space Data Management and Document Control teams to uphold data integrity, audits, and governance standards.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform planning decisions and track occupancy trends.
  • Support workplace transformation initiatives such as mobility programs and activity-based work environments.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of space standards, design consistency, and branding alignment.
  • Enhance employee productivity and engagement through thoughtful workplace planning and design solutions.
  • Evaluate interior environments and support selection of furniture, finishes, and design elements aligned with corporate and industry standards.
  • Ensure consistency across projects in furniture, signage, lighting, acoustics, and overall workplace experience.
  • Collaborate with EH&S to incorporate ergonomic and safety-focused design solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams—including Facilities, Project Management, EH&S, and Business Units—to execute workplace solutions and provide exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in space management, occupancy planning, and workplace strategy.
  • Strong expertise in IWMS/CAFM systems and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with workplace transformation initiatives and mobility programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and trend tracking.
  • Experience in evaluating and selecting furniture, finishes, and design elements.
  • Knowledge of ergonomic and safety-focused design solutions.
