Senior O2D Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Analyst to drive end-to-end process discovery, requirement elicitation, and user acceptance testing across commercial, customer service, and logistics functions. In this role, you will map current and future-state value streams, identify operational bottlenecks, and translate business requirements into actionable technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems analysis for the O2D lifecycle, optimizing order capture, inventory coordination, fulfillment, and delivery execution.
• Elicit requirements for strategic initiatives; build value stream maps to pinpoint gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with QA to lead UAT strategy, test case execution, defect triage, and formal business sign-off.
• Serve as the strategic bridge between commercial stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.
• Guide junior analysts and collaborate with organizational development on user adoption strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in end-to-end Order to Delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise ERP O2D modules (Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Transportation).
• Demonstrated success leading comprehensive UAT planning, defect management, and go-live sign-offs.
• Strong consultative mindset, analytical problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion O2D applications.
• Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma credentials.
• Knowledge of CRM, EDI, WMS, and TMS integrations.

Location & Schedule

Hybrid in Orange County, CA (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Pay

Direct-hire role offering $105k–$134k base salary, performance bonus incentives.
