for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, but likely they expect only those headings. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid other headings, but the examples given are those. Safer to stick to those headings. The culture description could be placed under "About the role"? Not really. Could be under "Benefits"? Not really. Could be omitted? That would lose substantive info. But maybe it's considered boilerplate? It's about organization culture, not boilerplate. However, the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This culture description is not those. It's substantive. But we have no appropriate heading. Could we put it under "About the role" as a paragraph? It somewhat describes the organization, not the role. But maybe we can incorporate it into "About the role" as a description of the environment. The role description already includes supervision etc. Adding culture might be okay.
Alternatively, we could create an "About Providence" section but not in the list; risk being considered not following instruction. I'd rather incorporate into "About the role" as a brief note: "Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Providence Facey Medical Foundation and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect." That seems okay.
Thus About the role paragraph can combine both.
Now check for any other content: "Why Join Providence? Our best-in-class benefits..." we used for Benefits.
"About Providence At Providence, our strength lies in Our Promise of “Know me, care for me, ease my way.” Working at our family of organizations means that regardless of your role, we’ll walk alongside you in your career, supporting you so you can support others. We provide best-in-class benefits and we foster an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued, and everyone is essential, heard and respected. Together, our 120,000 caregivers (all employees) serve in over 50 hospitals, over 1,000 clinics and a full range of health and social services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. As a comprehensive health care organization, we are serving more people, advancing best practices and continuing our more than 100-year tradition of serving the poor and vulnerable."
This is also substantive. Could we incorporate into Benefits? Not exactly. Could we add another paragraph under Benefits describing the organization's scope and mission. That seems okay as part of Benefits section? Might be stretching. Better to add another section? Not allowed. Could we add a paragraph under About the role? Might be too much.
Maybe we can create a section "About Providence" but it's not in the list; risk being penalized. However, the instruction says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not an exhaustive list. So we could add other headings as needed, as long as they are . The important part is not to repeat job title as heading, not to put Job ID etc. So we could add an "About Providence" section. But the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid many thin sections. Adding another section may be okay if it's substantive.
We already have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Adding About Providence would be 8. Might be okay.
But we need to decide.
Given the instruction to preserve ALL substantive information, we should include the organization description somewhere. The best fit is maybe a section "About Providence". Since it's not prohibited, we can add.
But the examples list didn't include "About Providence". However, they said e.g., meaning for example. So it's okay.
Thus we will add:
About Providence

Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Providence Facey Medical Foundation and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.

But note we already used some of that in About the role. To avoid duplication, we need to split: The first paragraph about caregivers and voice matters is from early part. The second paragraph about Providence promise etc is later. We'll combine them
