Senior Networking Architect

About the role

The position includes an active part in research and development of networking solutions to enable the next generation of accelerated data centers. The position spans over various layers from ASIC design to algorithms, topologies and systems, and more. Partner with internal teams, strategic partners, standard bodies and networking communities to initiate and develop groundbreaking networking solutions for AI!

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize networking solutions for AI applications
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to advance networking architectures
• Research and implement cutting-edge networking technologies and protocols
• Work on ASIC design and real-time software for networking solutions
• Contribute to the development of innovative network topologies and systems
• Participate in standardization efforts and networking community initiatives

Requirements

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of previous industry or research experience in computer networks
• Experience in developing ASICs and/or real-time software running on the ASICs
• Proven understanding in networking and routing protocols, and their implementations
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work concurrently with multiple groups in the organization and with strategic partners

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in RDMA, with focus on RoCE
• Understanding of various network topologies and their attributes
• Experience with load balancing and congestion control algorithms
• Proven practice of industry standards and/or the experience of working with standards organizations and/or open source communities
• Strong skills with Python and/or C++

Pay

• Base salary range: $152,000 - $241,500 for Level 3, and $184,000 - $287,500 for Level 4

Schedule

• Full-time
