- Architect, deploy, and maintain secure network infrastructure within and between AWS and Azure environments, ensuring robust and redundant cloud-to-prem connectivity
- Administer cloud-native identity management, lifecycle workflows, and governance strictly via Microsoft Entra ID, including designing, implementing, and enforcing granular Conditional Access policies
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux server infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments, leading server lifecycle management and patch orchestration using Azure Update Manager
- Design, implement, test, and maintain robust infrastructure backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring continuous data protection and system availability using Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), and on-premises backup solutions
- Administer Microsoft 365 with a focus on Exchange Online architecture, email security/hygiene, mail flow routing, and core collaboration platforms
- Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems across all network, cloud, and server infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance
- Automate routine operations, server provisioning, and maintenance tasks using PowerShell, Bash, and Python to improve reliability and reduce manual effort
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as the final escalation point for complex cloud infrastructure, physical/virtual servers, physical network, global Wi-Fi diagnostics, and identity issues
- Partner with Security to implement preventative controls and support incident response; define, document, and enforce infrastructure standards, SOPs, and architectural diagrams
Requirements
- 8+ years in Systems/Network Engineering with proven experience managing multi-site, global office network connectivity
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki stack, HA WAN environments, and physical Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of physical data room components, including low-voltage cabling, patch panels, UPS maintenance, and IoT/security devices (cameras, access control)
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud networking architectures and secure hybrid routing
- Deep, production-level expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance in a pure-cloud identity environment (no legacy Active Directory or Group Policy)
- Proven experience administering and provisioning Windows and Linux server environments, with specific experience managing updates via Azure Update Manager
- Hands-on experience designing and executing backup and disaster recovery workflows using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery (ASR), including defining and meeting RTO (Recovery Time Objective) and RPO (Recovery Point Objective) metrics
- Proven scripting expertise with PowerShell, Bash, and Python to drive operational efficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, mail flow management, and email security protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF)
