Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a multi-vendor global trading network
- Connect BAM’s offices, datacenters, market data providers, trade brokers and public cloud providers
- Work with, and help extend, an intent driven network automation framework
- Manage the firewall infrastructure and proactively work to improve network security
- Work closely with technology and investment teams to understand their requirements and provide solutions that align with business needs
- Perform network capacity planning to ensure network scales to meet the demands of the business
- Define and implement standards and best practices
- Act as an escalation point for troubleshooting network and security issues
- Participate in a 24/7 on call rotation and out of hours network maintenance
Requirements

Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of network protocols, including BGP, OSPF, PIM, and IGMPS
- Solid understanding of spine-leaf topologies and large scale data center network designs
- Experience working with market data providers and colocation facilities
- Experience working with Palo Alto firewalls and network security in general
- Good understanding of networking in public cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure
- Experience working with network automation and automation tools: Netbox, Ansible, Jinja, Python, Git, Netconf, Restconf, Temporal, Terraform
Skills
- The ability to troubleshoot complex network issues

Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
