What You'll Do
- Designs and maintains the organization’s network architecture, including LAN, WAN, wireless networks, and connections to cloud environments and external service providers.
- Develops scalable and resilient network designs that support both current operations and future growth.
- Responsible for implementing redundancy and failover mechanisms to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of operations.
- Works to eliminate single points of failure and ensure that critical systems remain accessible during outages or maintenance events.
What You'll Need
- A strong technical expertise across a broad range of networking technologies.
- A deep understanding of TCP/IP networking and enterprise infrastructure is essential.
- Experience with routing and switching technologies, firewall configurations, and core network services such as DNS and DHCP.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose complex issues.
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in place of formal education.
