Senior Network Engineer - SDWAN

The Network DevOps Senior Engineer is responsible for designing, automating, operating, and enhancing global software-defined network infrastructure, focusing initially on the Versa SD-WAN platform. They will apply modern software engineering, infrastructure as code, and site reliability practices to build secure, scalable, and resilient network solutions. The role involves providing technical leadership across Network, Cloud, Security, and Automation teams. Key duties include designing and maintaining network solutions, configuring complex devices, troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, monitoring performance, implementing security measures, developing disaster recovery plans, and automating network operations. Qualifications require at least 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in enterprise WAN/SD-WAN environments, and proficiency in network automation using Python, Git workflows, REST APIs, and configuration tools like Ansible or Terraform. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience supporting large, distributed enterprise networks, expertise in Versa SD-WAN, in-depth knowledge of routing, security, and network design, and skills in CI/CD pipelines, cloud networking, observability, and secure software practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills are essential, along with relevant certifications.
