About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Lead with deep expertise in Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) technologies.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise network solutions, with a strong focus on SD-WAN, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Requirements

• SD-WAN Expertise: Proficient and experienced in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting SD-WAN solutions from platforms like Cisco, Versa, or Silver Peak.
• Network Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of Layer 2/3 networking, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, and data center networking.
• Security: Strong understanding of security protocols, firewalls (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), VPNs, and Zero Trust security models.
• Cloud Integration: Experience with cloud networking solutions and integrating SD-WAN with cloud environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Professional-level network certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP R&S) are highly desired.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field like engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.

Skills

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• ITSM Skills: Knowledge on ServiceNow.
