Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Finance systems, infrastructure, and business applications (tools NetSuite, Coupa, Boomi, and related integrations).
- Manage user access, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and license management across platforms.
- Maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the development, tracking, and reconciliation of IT capital (CapEx) and operating (OpEx) budgets.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to ensure accurate cost forecasting, variance analysis, and budget reporting.
- Analyze spending trends and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of budget proposals, business cases, and financial presentations for IT leadership review.
- Monitor vendor contracts, renewals, and expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Lead and support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
- Cross-functional coordination with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and communicate progress to leadership and relevant departments.
- Apply project management best practices and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) as appropriate to each initiative.
Requirements
- Must have experience as a systems admin for NetSuite
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance systems administration, IT operations, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting IT budgets, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Proven track record of managing technology projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
- Experience working in a nonprofit, education, or multi-entity organizational environment.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Pay
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000 USD
