SENIOR NETAPP ENGINEER (AUTOMATION & AI OPERATIONS)

Remote, - 2026-08-26 We are seeking a Senior NetApp Resident Engineer to embed with the Storage Systems Group (SSG) and accelerate automation and AI-enabled operations across a large, multi-site ONTAP environment. This role combines deep NetApp ONTAP expertise with hands-on Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) skills in Terraform and Ansible, plus practical experience applying AI/ML technologies to storage operations. The successful candidate will work directly with SSG leadership and engineering teams on strategic initiatives involving fleet lifecycle management, operational automation, and ServiceNow ITOM/AIOps integrations. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior storage professional who is passionate about modern automation, predictive operations, and AI-assisted infrastructure management.
