About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Lead .NET Full-Stack Developer with 12+ years of overall software development experience to design, develop, modernize, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in C#/.NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving technical solutions across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. This role requires strong hands-on development capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an Agile engineering environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise applications using modern .NET technologies.
  • Lead backend development using C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and RESTful APIs.
  • Develop responsive and maintainable front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Apply object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, clean code practices, and established design patterns to deliver maintainable solutions.
  • Design and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including data modeling, complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Analyze application and database performance and implement appropriate SQL and application-level optimizations.
  • Design and implement secure REST APIs and distributed services following enterprise integration and security best practices.
  • Develop cloud-native and cloud-enabled solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
  • Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best-practice initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot complex production and development issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and other development teams to deliver high-quality software.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, coding standards, development guidelines, and architectural decisions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance on architecture, coding standards, and development practices.
  • Support application deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across development, test, and production environments.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of overall software development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Deep expertise in C#/.NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure.
