Senior .Net Developer with Retail Banking

IT Engagements is a global staff augmentation firm providing talent on-demand and total workforce solutions for a premium client in the retail banking sector.

About the role

Seeking a hands-on Senior .NET Developer with production experience developing and supporting applications within a retail banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support banking applications using C#/.NET and SQL Server.
• Write and maintain T-SQL, stored procedures, and database-driven functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in business-critical banking applications.
• Work with BAs, business users, vendors, and other development teams.
• Support application releases, enhancements, integrations, and production deployments.
• Work effectively within both modern and legacy banking application environments.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience (profiles with less than 10 years will not be considered).
• Production experience with C# and .NET in banking, financial services, insurance, or broker-dealer environments.
• Strong SQL Server / T-SQL development experience.
• Experience with stored procedures and production database troubleshooting.
• Retail banking domain knowledge, including transactions, postings, holds, settlement, decisions, or loan booking.
• Strong production support and debugging experience.
• Comfortable working with legacy desktop applications as well as modern applications.
• Must be located in EST or CST time zones and work 100% remotely.
• Visa sponsorship limited to H1B, H4EAD, or USC.

Qualifications

• Argo Teller, Transact, or Connects experience (preferred).
• Azure: App Services, Functions, DevOps, SQL Managed Instance (preferred).
• Web services and API development (preferred).
• Agile/Scrum experience (preferred).

Contract duration: 12 months. Interview process will be conducted via video.
