Responsibilities

  • Application Development
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and related Microsoft technologies
  • Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using Blazor and modern web development practices
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and reusable application components
  • Create scalable and maintainable software architectures aligned with enterprise standards
  • Participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions
  • Workflow Automation and Security
  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions for business processes and approvals
  • Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) frameworks and security models
  • Implement authentication and authorization solutions aligned with organizational security standards
  • Ensure applications comply with enterprise governance, audit, and compliance requirements
  • DevOps and CI/CD
  • Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliability
  • Support environment management and deployment automation across development, testing, and production environments
  • Testing and Quality Assurance
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated test cases
  • Ensure high code quality through test-driven development practices, code reviews, and static analysis
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
  • Support user acceptance testing and production validation activities
  • Production Support
  • Provide Tier-3 application support for production systems
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions for application issues
  • Participate in incident resolution, problem management, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain system performance and proactively address operational risks
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with business analysts, product owners, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
  • Drive adoption of development standards, best practices, and modern engineering practices

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
    • 10+ years of professional software development experience
    • 10+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
    • Proven experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) projects
    • Expert proficiency in:
      • C#
      • ASP.NET Core
      • Blazor
      • SQL Server
      • Entity Framework Core
    • Strong experience with:
      • REST APIs and web services
      • Workflow automation and business process implementation
      • Role-based security and authentication frameworks
      • Azure DevOps
      • CI/CD pipeline implementation
      • Unit testing and automated testing tools
      • Git version control
    • Solid understanding of:
      • Object-oriented design principles
      • Design patterns
      • Solid understanding of:
        • Secure coding practices
        • Performance tuning and optimization

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Experience with cloud-native application development
      • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
      • Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party systems
      • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

        Pay and Benefits

        The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
