Senior .NET Developer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to support enterprise-level applications through a comprehensive suite of data collection and reporting tools. This role is ideal for a seasoned developer with a strong background in .NET technologies, DevOps practices, application security, and process automation.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions while helping advance development and deployment standards across the organization. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement modern DevOps processes that improve software delivery efficiency and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI/CD initiatives
• Automate build and deployment workflows
• Enhance testing practices
• Implement tools that strengthen code quality and security
• Centrify and manage code repositories using GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps
• Evaluate and improve coding practices through automated code quality and security scanning tools
• Proactively identify, manage, and reduce technical debt
• Drive continuous improvement across development and deployment processes
• Optimize code branching, merging, and release management strategies
• Automate build and deployment workflows to improve operational efficiency
• Enhance unit testing and integration testing coverage
• Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core
• Apply structured and pattern-based development practices for complex business logic implementations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• 8 years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core development
• 8 years of experience implementing security practices, including secure coding, static code analysis, and data protection/encryption
• 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
• 5 years of experience with automated testing, documentation, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and gated deployments
• 8 years of experience with T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• 4 years of experience using code quality and security scanning tools
• 5 years of experience with code branching, merging, and release process optimization

• Experience leading DevOps initiatives in enterprise environments
• Experience automating build and deployment processes
• Experience managing technical debt and driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience supporting large-scale data collection and reporting applications
