Join our client in Michigan as a Senior NERC Compliance Analyst! Bring your technical degree and utility electrical experience to help protect the environment and power opportunity under a cleaner, leaner energy vision. Both local and remote candidates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of NERC compliance activities across gas, solar, and wind generation facilities as the site's designated subject matter expert.
- Provide oversight and coordination for critical reliability standards, focusing on plant protection systems, inverters, substation connections, and transmission interconnections.
- Prepare, track, and analyze technical records and modeling reports to maintain precise compliance evidence for regulatory submittals.
- Monitor compliance status, collaborate directly with regulators, and manage the execution of corrective action plans to resolve site discrepancies.
- Partner with compliance and operations teams to provide NERC-related commissioning oversight for new facilities and support reliable daily operations.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of utility electrical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
