Senior Multimedia Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develops videos, animations, multimedia interactions, original graphics, audio, designs and edits web-based materials.
• Provides design recommendations.
• Stays current with multimedia development trends and communicates progress while addressing questions or roadblocks to the task lead.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in visual design, video, e-learning, or graphic arts.
• Experience: 5+ years of related experience.
• Proficient within Adobe Creative Cloud software including programs focusing on video editing, animation, web design/development, and print design.
• Highly creative with the ability to produce unique videos, animations, interactions and graphics for presentations, web based training, websites, and print materials.
• Skilled in producing videos from storyboards or updating existing videos.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and senior staff.
• Mentors junior Designers.
• Strong teamwork, clear communication skills, and patience in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with modern web development tools and languages including HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience editing in web-based learning management systems and Content management systems (Drupal).
• Familiarity with AI audio generation.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 - $92,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
